00:00 We've been here many times and it's been a season where we've had a lot of speculations
00:07 regarding my future and I wanted to use that time of the international break to reflect
00:15 a little bit better and to take a decision.
00:20 Last week I had a very good meeting with Simon, with Fernando, with Sir Merrin, when I informed
00:28 them that my decision to continue being coach of Bayern Leverkusen, this is the right place
00:35 for me to be, to develop as a coach.
00:38 I am a young coach but I have to feel it and right now I feel that this is the right place.
00:47 The fans that they show a great support during this year, last year as well in difficult
00:54 moments, I felt that and they have all the reasons to believe and to dream that we can
01:00 have a great season and we are really pushing for that and for sure the players.
01:05 The players, they gave me so many reasons to keep believing in the team, for their commitment,
01:13 for their desire, for their hunger to have a great season.
01:17 I feel that my job is not over here, I want to help them, I want to help the team, I want
01:23 to help the young players to develop and if I am part of the process I am happy with that.
01:29 So putting all the things together, I have taken this important decision, hopefully I
01:35 am convinced it is the right one, I am happy and I am still young so time will tell but
01:39 right now I feel like that.
