00:06 in connection with sexual abuse of a minor and other acts of child abuse against the pastor and five others.

00:12 According to the court, the arrest warrant should have been issued on March 14.

00:16 But the court removed it to pass a resolution on the motion for reconsideration of Campo Ni Quibuloy

00:22 in the Department of Justice.

00:24 But the appeal of Campo Ni Quibuloy was not resolved during the court's hearing

00:28 so the arrest warrant was removed yesterday.

00:31 Aside from the DAVAO City cases, Quibuloy is also facing a case of Qualified Trafficking in Pasig.

00:37 The cases against Quibuloy are due to his sexual abuse against members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
