Trump Media & Technology Group has sued Truth Social co-founders and former "The Apprentice" contestants Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss. The lawsuit alleges the co-founders mismanaged the business and should lose their 8.6 million shares. Trump Media debuted on the Nasdaq last week and currently has a market cap of $6.8 billion. The lawsuit claims the co-founders hired a deficient team that led to Truth Social's rocky launch. Litinsky and Moss had previously sued to prevent Trump from reducing their 8.6% stake.
