00:00 Hi and welcome to this week's column which is all about music and memories. I just wanted
00:12 to write a little bit about music and memories because for me memories are evoked very often
00:17 by the music that I hear. So it could be maybe in my car, could be in a shop, could be an
00:24 event that I'm at. But so many times I listen to music and I'm like "Oh, I remember when."
00:31 Well I'm sure that's the same for you. I'm sure that you can listen to memories and they
00:34 can take you back to good times, maybe not so good times, although I always look from
00:38 that point at where I've come from that maybe not so good time. But quite often, and more
00:43 than often actually, they bring back good memories. They bring memories back of people
00:48 that I've met along the way, people that I've known, family members, etc. So have a read
00:54 on, see what some of the songs that I talk about that I've heard recently and where they
01:00 took me back to, and maybe think about some memories of your own and how they link to
01:05 music.
