TANDOORI BUTTER NAAN USING KADHAI RECIPE

Ingredients used are-
Maida (Refined flour)- 400 grams
Baking powder- 1 Tsp
Baking soda- 1 Tsp
Salt- 1 Tsp
Curd- 1 Cup
Oil- 2 Tbsp
Water as required to knead the dough

Once the dough is prepared, sprinkle some dry flour on the surface and knead the dough well for 9-10 mins! Rest the dough in any warm place for 1 hour.

Kalonji and fresh coriander (Dhaniya)

Flip the kadhai upside down and turn on the gas. Now, add some salt water to the surface of naan and put the naan onto the kadhai.

Cook the naans from both the sides!
