00:00 What's up, so they've just lowered the age from 16 to 13
00:02 I don't like don't like what's up myself and I'm an adult and I need to use it for work and stuff like that
00:12 Yeah, I think it's a little bit too young a little bit conscious. I've got a kid as well
00:17 So yeah, I think I'd be a little bit conscious about that being a little bit too young
00:20 But I know the the battle of like kids also having it now and stuff like that
00:25 It depends if the question is how old should people be before they start using?
00:28 What's that then I think probably 16 or maybe 15 is a good age. I think 13 is young only because I mean
00:35 Obviously to just send messages to friends and family. It's quite harmless
00:38 But because of the wider kind of larger groups, which I didn't really even know about I can see why that would be a concern
00:45 in terms of using a smartphone
00:48 I think probably from the age of about 12 is about the right age for a child to be able to use a smartphone
00:53 But you just wouldn't want them to access
00:56 everything that can be accessed via a smartphone.
