00:00 It was almost 22 years this June that I opened here. I wanted people who were good at what
00:09 they do, whether they be amateur, semi-professional, professional, but work that you don't find
00:14 everywhere you go. You'll find some of the local artists in local galleries, but a lot
00:19 of these are from a bit further afield. I was looking for painters who all painted in
00:24 a different way. All the woodturners do something different, the potters do something different.
00:28 So it was just really to offer a broad selection of work from gifted people. There's a wide
00:35 selection of things. It was just me and my partner, Cherry. She sadly passed away two
00:40 years ago, so it was just the two of us. And all the artists that we got to meet at the
00:46 craft fairs. But now it's just me and the cat. Her name's Bounty. She's used shamelessly
00:53 in social media. I'm still here 22 years later. And hopefully I'll do three more years until
00:59 I retire after 25 years. It would be nice for anybody who's local to come. We do get
01:06 a good mixture of people who live quite close. We're very lucky that we have lots of regular
01:12 customers, but obviously there's lots of people out there who've probably never been. And
01:17 just to come up and have a look and see what we have. We've got lots of interesting things,
01:22 you know, things from £1.50 up to £400 or £500, but most of it's at the under £50
01:29 point. So there's lots to see, you know, lots of choice. So yeah, by all means, come and
01:35 see what we have. If there's a present to buy for somebody, we've got a selection of
01:40 things. Come and have a look.
