00:17 Not only am I going to renovate my mom's house, I'm going to start my new career.

00:20 I should have stuck with modeling.

00:24 This is basically a home reno show but also makes a lot of reality too. It's going to be a lot of fun.

00:30 It's just a place that I truly love. My friends, my family, Jupiter, a great setting.

00:36 And then taking a passion in my construction and showing you guys all what I'm all about.

00:42 And really just me starting a construction company from the ground up.

00:45 And speaking of friends, what does he think of pal Kristen Cavallari's new relationship?

00:49 I'm excited for her. She seems very smitten and very happy and excited. And he's a good looking dude.

00:54 And I think she seems happy. What else can you ask for?

00:59 But what qualities make Tyler smitten with a potential partner?

01:25 Maybe one day. I live my life like how can we create a cool story to tell your kids or your grandkids one day.
