00:19 So vintage reproduction is what I gravitated towards because the old style of vintage now

00:31 So I thought during the pandemic it would be really nice if we could start getting people
00:38 getting dressed up again and becoming a wee bit more glamorous again.
00:42 So harking back to the old days.
00:45 So these pieces are really, really lovely, really affordable.
00:49 Multiple colours in these blouses.
00:52 Oodles of colours and patterns in these skirts as well.
00:57 They're full circle skirts. Very washable.
01:00 Very suitable as well for modern day.
01:04 Then we have over here the seamstress of Bloomsbury.
01:08 These pieces are very unique because they are actually copies or patterns from the 1940s era.
01:16 These would be more classical.
01:19 The fabric itself is very, very light.
01:22 It's made of natural crepe material.
01:26 Folds lovely on.
01:28 It's also very good for if anybody's going on holiday.
01:31 They are not very heavy to wear.
01:36 You feel very good in them. Very light.
01:38 Great for swing dancers.
01:40 Especially coming up now to the Jazz Festival there's a lot of lovely movement in them
01:45 when you're swinging about on the dance floor.
01:48 So this is done as an ordering in service.
01:53 Simply because I want to keep the stock quite small and compact.
01:59 The seamstress of Bloomsbury, they're very unique.
02:02 If I say ordered something on a Monday, it's here on Tuesday.

02:07 So it would be a case of you coming into the shop and having a little nosy of what I have available.

02:33 They do a lot of lovely novelty print pieces.

02:39 You would have shops in London, Camden and also down in Brighton and places like that.
02:46 I wanted to bring something a little bit different.
02:49 It's also for the younger ones and also for the older ones.
02:53 It's got a very broad age range that it's suitable for.
02:59 There is another supplier that I have just obtained which is called Revival.
03:06 Revival do have little snippets of each of these three brands.
03:11 They also do more historically correct pieces.
03:15 For example, they do for TV.
03:18 The likes of Strictly, anybody that is dressed in the vintage style with the braces and long trousers for the guys.
03:27 For example, some of the wider skirts, the 1950s kind of look, they are doing those as well.
03:33 If somebody was looking to do a hen do and they wanted to have multiple dresses put together, lots of different outfits.
03:47 I am able to do that and accommodate that for you as well.
