No matter how a terrible place the world is, there is always someone who proves that the good always wins. Maybe that’s the first and only chance given by a fate that has never been fair to you. The name of that chance that will change the fate of eighteen-year-old high school student Eylul (Oyku Karayel) is Ali Asaf Denizoglu (Gokhan Alkan). The story begins in a high school of a town in the Aegean region. After the two part ways, they cross paths again on the roof of Istanbul’s best hospital! The young brain surgeon Eylul tells her story while she gives a good beating to a group of bullies who raids the hospital’s emergency room. She was a rebellious girl who had changed schools many times and whom teachers didn’t want to deal with. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she got expelled from and beat her very bad, she did not shed a single teardrop. However, that day her whole life changes; the prayer of her grandmother, who ran a small hostel in Marmaris and opened her house to Eylul brings a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." And he comes! It’s not known that why Ali Asaf Denizoglu comes to the countryside to be a teacher while he was a successful doctor in Istanbul. However, he is an extraordinary person who can touch people's lives once and change everything. This talent will save Eylul and make her a successful surgeon. However, he realizes the special feeling between him and Eylul too late, and lets her go. The two lovers - yes, Eylul loves Ali Asaf too, no matter how much she denies it - were separated, and years later they would meet again as two doctors.

This is the story of a girl who defeated by life, who has nothing but anger, but challenges life as a surgeon. It’s also the story of a man who will give her this courage, a guide who holds her hand and says ‘’You can do it’’. The person we all wish with all our hearts to have in our lives will always keep Eylul’s and also our hopes for life high. With love, of course...

00:42 Why don't you think about it?
00:44 Okay, honey. I'll think about it.
00:46 Why are we trying to talk about food now? We could have said it outside.
00:52 No, because we need to do the things every husband and wife should do.
00:57 Cooking together, dancing in front of the TV...
01:01 Do you really think so?
01:04 Good.
01:10 But there are other things that husband and wife do.
01:13 Like cooking, watching TV...
01:18 You can also be a parent.
01:24 Honey, you said that because of what we've been through.
01:38 We'll have a baby.
01:40 Let's finish these first.
01:42 And let's talk about these things.
01:44 I think we need to talk to Mr. Suleyman again.
01:47 Eylul.
01:49 Can we not talk today?
01:51 Okay.
02:01 Let's not talk today.
02:03 I'm not talking to you.
02:05 So, which hot pot are you going to cook for me today?
02:15 I'm really going to cook this time.
02:17 Promise.
02:19 Let's see.
02:21 Where are the hot pots?
02:23 There.
02:32 I didn't fry them.
02:34 The eggplants are raw.
02:36 What do you mean, "fried"?
02:38 Can you fry them in a hospital?
02:40 And when you fry the oil, it turns into oil.
02:42 It's unhealthy.
02:44 You can't eat it raw.
02:46 Look at the raw ones.
02:48 I think it's delicious.
02:50 It's good for your hands and arms.
02:52 You have a brain surgery.
02:54 You can't do a stomach surgery.
02:56 It's very good.
02:58 I mean...
03:00 Look.
03:02 In this life, you can't do anything you want.
03:06 Okay?
03:08 Come on.
03:10 What do you mean?
03:12 When I met you, you were playing CDs on the couch...
03:16 ...and kicking people on the street.
03:18 Didn't I see your potential even then?
03:21 You did, dear.
03:23 That's it.
03:25 Look.
03:27 There's nothing you can't do.
03:30 For example...
03:32 ...if you tell me you're quitting your job...
03:34 ...and you're going to do organic farming...
03:37 ...I'm still behind you.
03:39 No way.
03:41 When you say "lacking", we have only one thing lacking.
03:45 And that's the baby.
03:47 My dear.
03:56 Look.
03:58 I know how I saw Marmaris.
04:01 You're going to be a great mother.
04:04 I think this is enough.
04:06 I'm full.
04:08 I'll bring the coffee.
04:11 Bring it.
04:18 My dear.
04:22 I want to have a lot of kids.
04:25 Don't you want little babies to walk around here?
04:29 They should look at us with blue eyes.
04:33 How nice.
04:35 You told me you wanted to be a mother.
04:43 You even told me you wanted a better father.
04:47 You're right.
04:53 We've been through so much.
04:55 You don't want to be a mother.
04:58 It's different to want and to do.
05:01 I can't be a mother.
05:03 What do you mean?
05:05 It's like honey.
05:07 You said it yourself.
05:09 I'm not a mother to beat up people on the streets.
05:13 My dear.
05:17 My dear.
05:20 Look at me.
05:22 Look at me.
05:24 They're gone.
05:26 They're in the past.
05:28 You're a successful father.
05:30 You're a good person.
05:32 You're kind.
05:34 You're compassionate.
05:36 You're not going to be a mother.
05:38 Who's going to be a mother?
05:40 Look.
05:41 If I thought you were a little bit...
05:43 ...you'd love to be a mother.
05:45 We weren't going to talk today.
05:49 I'm sorry. I'm not feeling well today.
05:52 No, I'm sorry.
05:55 I've been overreacting.
05:57 I'm not going to drink coffee.
06:03 You're right.
