A woman who is "allergic to everything" can only eat oatmeal and says fish, nuts or mustard could prove deadly.

Caroline Cray, 24, first realised something was wrong when she ate an ice cream and went into anaphylactic shock - spending 12 hours in hospital - in September 2017.

She had three more severe allergic reactions that month to bread and pizza.

After eating rice and beans with her family, Caroline reacted again and spent 12 days in intensive care.

00:27 We are going to make oat flour and oat milk today.
00:32 We of course need oatmeal.
00:35 And then I just cleaned the living hell out of this because it's my family's.
00:40 So none of my main allergens have ever been in there, which is good.
00:45 I'm pretty sure all we do is just add the oats in and then blend it.

01:18 Okay, I think this is a sleigh.
01:22 It looks very flour-y.
01:24 And my water.
01:27 I'm just going to eyeball this.
01:29 Just washed my hands.
01:31 Now we are going to try to make cookie dough balls.
01:36 We've got nine cookies.
01:39 Also, something I want to note is that you're not supposed to heat up the formula.
01:43 So I can't bake it or like microwave it or anything.
01:46 So we're going to use the formula as like frosting after we take the cookies out and like let them cool off.
01:53 These are going in the oven.

02:01 This is an eight ounce cup and that's equivalent to one cup.

02:24 Apparently you're supposed to strain it, but I don't really feel comfortable using a dishcloth.
02:33 So I'm just going to try it straight up and we'll see how this goes.
02:40 Cheers!
02:46 [Laughs] Odie.
02:48 I'm going to mix in some aloe vera and hope that does something.

02:57 Alright, we're taking the cookies out.
03:03 It's dry, but good.
