00:20The ITCZ is formed by thick clouds due to the flow of air from the northern and southern hemispheres.

00:32However, the continuous flow of easterlies is still due to the extremely hot weather in a large part of the country.

01:37Based on the data of Metro Weather, it is possible to rain all over Luzon and Mindanao tomorrow, especially in the afternoon.

01:44There is strong rain in Northern and Central Luzon, Barms, Oxargen and Davao Region.
