00:00 Hello I'm Hugh Porter and this is my wife Anita. We're patrons of Compton Care and of

00:17 course we're both former Olympians. Now I want to just remind you that there's still

00:21 time to enter the Round the Reek in bike rides. Just over three weeks now for you to get your

00:25 entries in. Three different distances for you to take on board. The shortest one which we have

00:31 shortened actually to encourage families and their children is just 21 miles and people who enter that

00:36 event can do the extra six mile loop to make it 27. You've got the mid-distance one at 60 miles

00:41 and you've got the longer one at 100. Entries are coming in but we would dearly love to see more.

00:46 Remember it's for a great cause Compton Care. This is going to be the seventh edition this year. The

00:52 date is Sunday the 19th of May and it all starts at the Kingswinford Rugby Club. Now over the

00:58 previous years we've raised just over £200,000 for this very very worthy cause. So this is a

01:04 massive appeal for you if you've been considering to enter. Now is the time to do it. The weather's

01:10 improving. We're going to have a super day. So let's look forward to meeting you all. Anita and I

01:15 will be there to give you your medals at the end. You'll meet some lovely people and you'll have

01:19 lots to talk about. So make a note it's Sunday May the 19th. We'll see you on the day.
