00:00How lucky Carolina is to have you as a fan.
00:02Hey, and I brought my good shirt out today, too.
00:05I brought my good shirt, my 2016 National Championship shirt.
00:10I'm like, you know, you know, you know they lost that one, right?
00:16No, we didn't. We won that. We won that.
00:18My shirt says we won that.
00:21How did you get that shirt? Like, where did you get that from?
00:25Yo, okay.
00:26The trash can from when they threw them away when we lost it.
00:31That hurt so bad.
00:32Listen to me. I was at a Wal-Mart,
00:36and I always go to Wal-Mart.
00:38That's where I found this hat, at a Wal-Mart.
00:40Like, and I always go to Wal-Mart,
00:41and I always go trying to find little Tar Heel stuff,
00:43and this shirt, it was two of these left.
00:46I said, 2016?
00:48I had to look at it like three or four times to make sure I wasn't tripping.
00:53I bought both of them right then.
00:55I gave the other one to my bro Moody, man.
00:57We the only two people to have.
00:59And we were supposed to get Bryce Johnson
01:01and Marcus Page on our shirts, on the backs,
01:03to represent the two soldiers
01:05that should have won a championship that year.
01:07Yeah, absolutely. I love that, man.
01:09So we'll jump right into it.
01:11Doc, man, how long have you been a Tar Heel fan?
01:15As long as I can remember, man.
01:17Like, before my dad divorced my mom
01:20and split up our family to damn.
01:26How somebody make that funny, though?
01:28Because that's my point of reference.
01:30Like, he was a Tar Heel fan.
01:35Like, growing up, all I knew was Tar Heel.
01:37Like, again, I'm from St. Louis, Missouri, right?
01:39So my mom married, and when we moved out here,
01:43that guy, I got his last name, so he became my father.
01:46And he was a huge, huge Tar Heel fan.
01:48And so, like, it was sort of from there,
01:50like, at, like, five, six, like, just learning basketball.
01:53But I can remember being a real fan in the middle school.
01:57We were, like, 12, 13,
01:59when you're talking trash to your homies.
02:00And one of my best friends, he's a Die Hard Duke fan,
02:03and we have a life-standing bet.
02:06It's a $5 bet on the Carolina Duke game every single year.
02:10And we made a bet in middle school
02:12that whoever got married first
02:14would have to wear the other team's mascot
02:16under their tuxedo.
02:18And when he got married before me,
02:20it was such an honor to stand at his reception
02:23and make him take off that shirt
02:25and have a Carolina shirt underneath.
02:27It was amazing.
02:28He held true to it, man.
02:29But, you know, like, it goes back
02:30to early years of me, you know, for real.
