00:39 In the lawsuit, Garcia makes a number of claims, the main allegation being that he was in a
00:43 car with Stallion while she was being intimate with another woman.
00:47 Garcia claims after the incident he was told, quote, "don't ever discuss what you saw,"
00:53 and was harassed by the star afterwards until he was allegedly let go.
00:57 In an interview with NBC News, Garcia spoke about the alleged incident, sharing, "I felt
