00:05 >> Litigation, Rick, I heard Josh Harris reached out to you over the past couple
00:09 hours and said, look, we got hosed in New York.
00:12 And if anybody doesn't know what we're talking about here,
00:13 the Philadelphia 76ers getting that last two minute report here.
00:17 A lot of errors were made here.
00:19 Should have been defensive calls, maybe timeout should have been called.
00:22 What's going on here and the chances that the Philadelphia 76ers can tell the NBA,
00:26 Rick, yes, we won that game.
00:27 The series is now 1-1.
00:29 Come on now, help us out.
00:30 >> Yeah, well, I'll help you out by saying that is rarely if ever done.
00:34 And if it was done, it probably wouldn't be done in New York, Philly circumstance.
00:39 Obviously, they've got to look at the two minute report.
00:41 They've got to really kind of put faith in it.
00:44 If you ignore the two minute report, then it sends the wrong signal.
00:47 But if you overturn a game based on a two minute report,
00:50 then it sends a very difficult signal to enforce.
00:53 It is technically possible, but given the theme of this show and
00:57 this network, I would not bet on it.
