William Brown on his new dessert parlour in Folkestone he is opening in memory of his son

00:00I'm opening this shop because I want to celebrate my son's life. I want my son to be remembered
00:08and also I'm going through the grieving process and I'm trying to work out what's right to do
00:13and what's not right to do. But I just feel what's right to do is get stuck in,
00:19celebrate my son's life and do something positive for folks and where he lived.
00:26Yeah and just hopefully put some smiles on some faces. Basically everything that Will liked,
00:33so from Mr Whippy ice cream, waffles, slush puppy, it's going to be a seven foot gumball
00:44machine in there and yeah just everything that Will loved and had a massive smile on his face
00:49on all the photos I've got of him. Just everything like that really. I hope to
00:54open on the 27th, the second bank holiday weekend of May. Don't hold me to that but
01:04we're gonna try our best and then keep everyone posted.
