The MLB’s shortened season is dwindling down, and teams are getting excited about playoffs but celebrations this year may look a little bit different. In fact, MLB officials are finalizing plans for how teams should safely enjoy earning a playoff spot. According to the Tampa Bay Times and New York Post, under the proposed plans, teams will celebrate on the field instead of crowding together in the clubhouse.No dog piles are allowed and unfortunately, the most notable change is that the MLB is asking players to not pop champagne bottles.
