00:53 has more than doubled in our administration.

00:59 -- meanwhile, Donald Trump still thinks windmills cause cancer.

02:17 it takes four or five years of hard work as an apprentice.

02:21 Most people think you can walk up --

02:22 and I keep -- you guys should talk more about this.

02:25 They think you walk up and you say,

02:26 "I want to be an electrician," and you get a license.

02:29 It's four or five years. It's like going back to college.

02:32 It's going like getting a college degree.

02:34 And that's the reason -- the reason you're the best

02:37 is because you're the best trained in the world.

02:39 You get it. I get it. But Donald Trump has no clue.

02:43 He undermined union apprenticeships

02:45 by lowering standards and lowering pay.

02:47 He ended -- I ended his anti-work policies

02:51 and saved the Building Trades Apprenticeships Program

02:53 because they're the gold standard of the world.
