00:00 Who does the First Minister think he is pleased most today? Is it Douglas Ross, Fergus Ewing
00:19 or Alex Salmond? More to the point, which of them does he think he can rely on for a
00:24 majority in Parliament now?
00:29 Patrick Harvie and I spoke this morning, and I go back to the points and the comments that
00:34 I made this morning. I thank Patrick Harvie and Lorna Slater for their contribution to
00:39 this Government and to this country. I think that we can both take great pride in what
00:46 the Bute house agreement has achieved in almost three years.
00:50 Let us hear the First Minister.
00:52 It is time for the SNP to govern as a minority Government and to reach out on an issue-by-issue
00:57 basis to other political parties right across the chamber in the best interests of this
01:03 country. I believe that there are many issues that unite us, and one of those issues that
01:08 unite the SNP and the Green Party—one that we will never demur from in any way, shape
01:13 or form—is that we think that all decisions about Scotland are best made by the people
01:18 of Scotland.
