00:00 We know about the big rookie names this year in fantasy football. Jonathan
00:04 Taylor, Cam Akers, JK Dobbins, but what about some of those rookies that might
00:09 be a little bit under the radar? For that I bring on SI Fantasy Insider Michael
00:14 Fabiano. All right, Fabs, you are looking at one particular running back playing
00:18 for the Chargers, Joshua Cowley, who's actually a California kid as well. What
00:23 can you tell us about him? Yeah, right, I mean he stayed home. UCLA guy goes in
00:28 place for the LA Chargers, rushed for a combined 2,303 yards, an average 5.1
00:33 yards per attempt in the last couple of seasons at UCLA, also caught 38 passes
00:38 combined out of the backfield. And remember the Chargers have over 200
00:42 available touches in the absence of Melvin Gordon. Gordon led the Chargers
00:47 backfield last year with 17 touches per game, and he played 12 games because he
00:52 held out for the first four games. Austin Eckler, who is clearly the Chargers
00:56 running back to get in fantasy, averaged 14 touches per game all year long. So if
01:01 you add maybe two to four touches per game for Eckler, I think he gets 16 to 18
01:06 this year, there are still plenty of opportunities for a guy like Joshua
01:10 Kelly to unseat Justin Jackson, become the RB2, and maybe have some standalone
01:16 value from a fantasy perspective when the matchup is right. So Kelly's a guy
01:21 right now who's going very late in drafts, double-digit rounds. He is
01:24 certainly someone that you can grab as an RB5 who could become a pretty nice
01:28 draft bargain. So plenty more on Joshua Kelly over at SI.com/fantasy, and also if
01:34 you want to know where Favs has him in his updated top 200 PPR rankings, you can
