00:10 In our additional modifications, we are moving forward to allow
00:25 some of the larger counties to continue to make progress deeper into phase two.
00:32 And to do so effective immediately, but on their own pace.
00:37 And I say effective immediately, meaning the guidelines are out there,
00:41 meaning the processes are in place.
00:44 But they can go at their own pace.
00:47 We estimate roughly, plus or minus, again, it's a dynamic number,
00:51 roughly 53 of the 58 counties would be eligible to move into this phase.
00:57 Again, not everyone will move into this phase, and
01:01 that eligibility is conditioned on the criteria that we're putting out.
01:06 Again, I want to reinforce that just because we're creating the capacity and
01:13 the availability to move into phase two doesn't mean that every county is ready.
01:19 LA County, as an example, I imagine, will be cautious in that respect.
01:24 We expect if we hold the rate of transmissions, we hold the positivity
01:32 rate down, we continue to do justice to the hospitalization ICU numbers.
01:38 That we'll be making announcements statewide,
01:42 not just with the regional variances.
01:44 That would allow for retail not just to be picked up, but
01:49 in-store retail to be loosened up.
01:53 In addition to that, sporting events, pro sports,
01:58 in that first week or so of June without spectators and
02:02 modifications and very prescriptive conditions also can begin to move forward.
02:10 And a number of other sectors of our economy will open up again if we
02:16 hold these trend lines in the next number of weeks.
