00:00Hey, what's up? It's Corey Parson, the fantasy executive from si.com. If you're an IDP leaguer,
00:06we've got some good information for you coming up right now. We're going to talk about the
00:10secondary defensive backs. Joining me to do that is si.com's fantasy and gambling analyst,
00:16Jamie Eisner and Sean Childs. Sean, I'll start with you. Give me a defensive back you like
00:20in IDP leagues this year.
00:23Jamal Adams is a very attractive player. He's probably the best player on the Jets. You
00:28know, two years ago, he had 115 tackles. Last year, it slid to 75. He played really
00:32well last year, actually ran a couple of plays back for touchdowns. He's very good against
00:39the run. He'll pick up some defender passes and he will get interception. So he's like
00:43a guy that will be, you know, make plays in all areas. And I expect him to be very good
00:47this year, especially if the Jets can improve all around on defense.
00:50Yeah, Jamal Adams is a player I like a lot. What do you got for us, Jamie?
00:56Well, the number one player in Matt Delima's list is dynamic charger safety. Derwin James
01:00dealt with injuries last year, but had 105 tackles and three and a half sacks as a rookie
01:05and his career 16 game pace of one hundred and nine tackles. So he's going to rack up
01:09those numbers for you. And the number three player on the list, Landon Collins, guy that
01:13has one hundred and twenty tackle per 16 game pace in his career.
01:17The only concern with him is he has no interceptions over the last two seasons. So you're relying
01:21a lot on those tackle numbers for him or for him to emerge like he was with the Giants
01:26as a big play machine in the secondary.
01:28All right. Thanks a lot, Jamie and Sean. For all the latest from the NFL, make sure you
01:34keep it locked right here at SI.com.
