00:00 >> Anthony, with you guys sitting at four and eight,
00:03 you mentioned the last quarter of the season now.
00:06 What are you emphasizing to the players as you take on these last four games?
00:10 >> We're gonna finish, we're gonna fight.
00:13 I mean, I told them football's like life.
00:15 We've been knocked down, we're gonna get the hell up.
00:17 And it's very important that we finish this season.
00:20 So it's not about our character, it's coach, staff, and the team.
00:23 >> How do you balance that and
00:25 maybe take a look at some of the younger guys that are in the roster?
00:28 Are you considering that at all?
00:29 Is it just all about winning?
00:30 >> No, we're here to win.
00:32 So we're gonna try to win every single one of these sevens.
00:34 And if a young guy can come up and help us, then of course we'll let him play.
00:37 But right now, no, I'm not saying no better.
00:40 >> You've got a pretty decent sample size here of Shane calling plays now since
00:43 we've known him.
00:44 How do you feel like he's done overall?
00:46 Has he- >> I think Shane's done a good job overall.
00:50 I think the offense has moved the ball up and down the field.
00:52 We've just had, like I said, over and over again, too many turnovers.
00:57 That's stalled driving, it's taking points off the board.
00:59 But I think overall, he's played callers, we're fine.
01:02 I mean, not perfectly, but it's been fine.
01:04 >> It seems like the trick plays haven't been working out this year.
01:07 What's going on there?
01:08 >> Well, it didn't work last night because we talked about the problems
01:11 going on in the LLS.
01:12 So those were always out of house for counselor plays.
01:17 When they work, they're genius.
01:19 When they don't work, they're an idiot.
01:20 [BLANK_AUDIO]
01:23 >> All right, let's catch up.
01:24 Thanks, Ed.
