00:00I just want to start off saying, you know, I got a ton of respect for Coach Wilson and
00:03what he's done in this league.
00:04Phenomenal coach.
00:05I mean, he's been to two Super Bowls.
00:06One as a head coach, one as a coordinator.
00:07Tremendous respect for him.
00:08He's a white palace.
00:09Love those, love them to death.
00:10You know, at the same time, you know, I got to get ready to go.
00:11You know, we got to go play a game on Sunday.
00:12Back to a good football team coming in here.
00:13We got to be ready to go.
00:14So, any questions?
00:15Shane, how's the transition been for you?
00:16It's been smooth.
00:17You know, Coach Lynn was in this position a couple years ago.
00:18So, he's got a lot of experience.
00:19He's got a lot of experience.
00:20He's been great.
00:21I've been talking with him.
00:25The staff's done a heck of a job.
00:30It's a group effort.
00:33Every week, it's a group effort.
00:35It's been good.
00:36What are the two or three things that you're focusing on this week to get the offense to
00:43perform better?
00:44Well, I just think we got to stay on the field as much as we can.
00:47We had some three and outs the past couple weeks.
00:50I think we just gotta continue to stay on the field and
00:52try to be productive as we can.
00:54How do you stay on the field?
00:56I mean, I think you just gotta get first downs.
00:57You gotta have a little rhythm, you know, rhythm, mix and run and pass.
01:00Be more balanced as much as we can.
01:02Not saying that we weren't.
01:03I think some of those games, you know, the last couple weeks,
01:05you know, we were in some situations where we had to throw a little more than
01:08running, you know, so be as much balanced as we can and go from there.
