00:00Coach, last night you said that Melvin Gordon wasn't to blame for the rushing
00:05attack and that the team needed to open up more rushing lanes. What do you plan to do
00:08this week to accomplish that?
00:11We're going to do what we did the first four weeks of the season, where we ran the ball more efficiently.
00:15I'm going to cut back a little bit, obviously, with some young guys in that.
00:19But we just have to do a good job of executing.
00:23I just didn't think the execution was very good last night.
00:26I'm not saying you rush for 35 yards or whatever you rush for.
00:30It speaks for itself.
00:32Do you think the changes along the offensive line have affected that?
00:35It could have slowed it down a little bit.
00:37But we have a good, young offensive line and those guys will be fine.
00:41I'm not worried about those guys. They will be fine.
00:44Why aren't you worried?
00:46Because I believe in those young men.
00:49Overall, how did you feel like the line did yesterday?
00:52Like I said, when you rush for 35 yards, I don't think that's very good.
00:57Just pass protection?
01:00Pass protection wasn't that bad.
01:02We had some chip help and we slid the protection certain ways to help certain guys.
01:07Some good teams, they would get some rushes.
01:10But overall, I didn't think it was that bad.
