The NBA has shut down all business transactions once again after another evaluation.
Transcript
00:00As of Friday morning, the NBA and the NBAPA have come to an agreement to extend the moratorium that is currently in place indefinitely.
00:09The moratorium started back in early March, just days after the NBA shut down operations due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the league.
00:16After a lengthy conference between NBA owners and governors, the league decided it was best to put a hold on any business transactions for the time being.
00:24There are plans to re-evaluate the situation on April 10th, but after further review, the moratorium will stay in place for an undisclosed amount of time.
00:33Therefore, any contract agreements, extensions, trades, player or team options will have to remain on hold until the NBA lifts the ban.
