Transcript
00:00 Yeah, well, yeah, it's a tough one to take.
00:12 I think it was just one of those games.
00:15 Peterborough didn't make it very easy for us and I thought it was a very evenly matched
00:19 game and they frustrated us, we frustrated them and came down to shoot out and go either
00:25 way and just got to say congrats to them.
00:28 We did, I'm proud of the boys, they did really well, fought to get back in it at the third
00:32 period and it wasn't going to be easy, we knew that, and they made it very difficult
00:37 for us.
00:38 Yeah, just one of them days.
00:39 The first period was a gagey affair, wasn't it, as you'd probably expect in a game like
00:44 that and it sort of opened up a bit in that second, didn't it?
00:46 Yeah, I mean, like you say, I think there was a bit of nerves on both parts and then
00:50 we came in the second 3-2 down and I thought the boys showed good character to get back
00:58 in it and try and press for that winner and then obviously it never came but one of those
01:02 days.
01:03 An incredible group of guys, young, hungry, some very talented players and we've won the
01:11 league so we've lost tonight and it's bittersweet but at least we're going away as league champions
01:20 so we can't dwell on tonight.
01:22 It just wasn't to be and it's anyone's game when it comes to shoot out.
01:26 There was a couple of nice goals out there, I mean Bowering was to keep them and it was
01:30 a very nice penalty shot and Gozi stood on his head, he made some big saves as well and
01:37 that's what he's there for.
01:38 He's a clutch player.
01:40 He's a good player.
01:41 He's a good player.
01:41 He's a good player.
