This doorbell camera footage, which may seem a bit disturbing at first, features police officers barging into Barry's (the filmer) neighbor's house in order to verify if they're doing fine.

"Footage from the welfare check on my neighbor," Barry commented.

While the officers' method of entry may raise eyebrows, the resident's failure to answer the door is more concerning. After all, the welfare check was initiated for a reason.
