A WA man charged over allegedly restraining three children with cable ties outside a home in Broome has pleaded not guilty.

00:15 found them swimming in a pool in a vacant property in the suburb of Cable Beach in March.
00:20 Mr Radulic was then charged with three counts of aggravated common assault.
00:25 The alleged incident gained national prominence after it was live-streamed on social media.
00:30 Mr Radulic made his second appearance in court on Monday and said he understood each charge
00:35 and pleaded not guilty to the three counts.
00:38 His defence lawyer, Julia Barber, suggested a September trial date for her client.
00:43 Magistrate Dean Potter granted Mr Radulic bail on the same terms as his first hearing,
00:48 which was extended to the date of his trial hearing.
00:50 Mr Radulic is set to reappear here in court on the 12th of September.
