00:08us online. From the beginning of this inquiry, I hope I've made clear that this is an inquiry
00:14for all four nations of the United Kingdom, which is why we've held hearings not only
00:20in London, but in Edinburgh, Cardiff, and now here in Belfast. Today, we begin the public
00:26hearings for Module 2C, focusing on key political decision-making in response to the pandemic
00:33in Northern Ireland. I'm very conscious of the fact that there are many other issues
00:40for which people have concerns, for example, mental health, health, care homes, and the
00:45like, on which we are not focusing in this module. But as I said to the members of bereaved
00:51families whom I met last night, those issues will be covered in later modules.
