00:00 Another incident of China's harassment.

00:04 The Chinese Coast Guard helped to water cannon the Philippine ships in the West Philippine Sea.

00:09 In the middle of the mission to deliver supplies to fishermen in Bajo de Masinloc,

00:15 Rafi Tima has a report.

00:17 Three Chinese Coast Guard ships immediately entered Bajo de Masinloc.

00:25 In the distance, a Chinese Navy ship.

00:28 At one point, our BRP Datu Bangkaw of BIFAR was separated from our BRP Bagacay of the Philippine Coast Guard

00:35 after a large Chinese ship was intercepted.

00:38 Our ship was able to continue its course but the Chinese Coast Guard ship was very close.

00:45 This maneuver is very dangerous.

00:49 Because of any mistake, we can be hit.

00:53 The BIFAR ship was intercepted earlier so our Coast Guard ship was able to maneuver to avoid it.

01:00 Eight Chinese ships were intercepting us until the Coast Guard ship was able to move.

01:04 Our captain was able to maneuver to move the next ship of the Chinese Coast Guard ship.

01:11 We were being intercepted to be able to enter Bajo de Masinloc.

01:14 Two Chinese militia boats were intercepting but the BRP Bagacay was able to move it easily.

01:19 After a few moments, we were able to reach the bay of Bahura.

01:23 This is one of the rare occasions that the Philippine Coast Guard ships were able to maneuver to the Bajo de Masinloc.

01:31 As far as I know, this is the first time that a Philippine Coast Guard ship was able to maneuver this close to Bajo de Masinloc.

01:41 At first, the Chinese Coast Guard ship 3105 was only allowed to enter the Bajo de Masinloc

01:47 which was also hit by the water cannon of the CCG 5303.

01:51 Later on, our ship was hit.

01:57 Because I was still flying my drone, I was not able to enter the ship to maneuver.

02:03 We were hit.

02:04 The bridge of the ship was the one that was hitting me and the water cannon.

02:10 I was hit by the water cannon of the Chinese Coast Guard.

02:17 The water cannon of the Chinese Coast Guard was still moving.

02:23 The water cannon was so powerful that you can feel the roots of the ship inside the pilot house.

02:34 Stop your water cannon. You are posing danger to our vessel.

02:37 This is against international and Philippine national laws. Over.

02:41 The left railing of the BRP Bagacay was damaged, including the LED panel that is attached to it.

02:47 The canopy on the back of the ship also got damaged and it is not able to be maintained.

02:52 But the Chinese Coast Guard is not yet done with their water cannon.

03:10 Because of the water cannon of the Chinese Coast Guard,

03:13 the resupply mission of the BFAR was not able to continue to the Filipinos in Bajo de Masinloc.

03:17 But the Philippine ships will return to help the Filipinos who are still trying to survive

03:23 and be able to fish in the place where they have been fighting for decades.
