00:00 The flowers are blooming and the bees are buzzing.
00:03 However, that's not good news for your spring allergies.
00:07 It's the time of year when the pollinators are hard at work,
00:11 as they have been there with those blue skies
00:14 in Pennsylvania.
00:15 And hey, New York City, we know that as things
00:18 have warmed up this week really quickly,
00:21 things have taken off, especially tree pollen.
00:23 That's where we are staying at the high category.
00:26 In fact, there's not many places that you
00:28 can hide in the country for relief.
00:29 Let's take you to Chicago, where we're
00:32 looking pretty good for the rest of the board here.
00:34 Pretty much green lights across the board,
00:36 so low on many levels.
00:38 But it is that tree pollen that we
00:40 find that we're still stuck in the high category,
00:43 so some problematic conditions with the high pollen there.
00:47 If you head to the Northwest, we generally
00:50 get in on a little bit favorable weather.
00:52 And of course, we are keeping things cool and unsettled.
00:55 But we still have some ragweed pollen.
00:57 And the tree pollen does go up into Thursday
00:59 with a little bit more of the wind coming in from those
01:01 upcoming storm systems.
01:03 So that's what we're keeping a close eye on there.
