00:00 America and Japan have also condemned the recent incident of China Coast Guard water cannons on ships of the Philippine Coast Guard and BFAR yesterday in Bajo de Masinloc.

00:11 Yet China claims that they have a right to that part of the West Philippine Sea and they are just doing what is rightfully theirs.

00:20 In the footage of Rafi Tima's team yesterday, we can see the bombings of China's water cannons on his BRP Bagacay PCG.

00:29 Some of the ships were heavily damaged by the incident. Here is his report.

00:36 Three ships of the China Coast Guard immediately entered Bajo de Masinloc.

00:47 In the distance, a Chinese Navy ship is seen.

00:53 At one point, our BRP Dato Bangkaw of BFAR was separated from our BRP Bagacay of the Philippine Coast Guard after a large ship of China was blocked.

01:03 We were able to continue our run but the China Coast Guard ship is very close.

01:10 This maneuver is very dangerous.

01:13 Because of any mistake, we can get hit.

01:17 The situation was like this earlier, maybe 20 to 30 minutes, the battle was like cat and mouse.

01:25 The BFAR ship was blocked earlier, that's why our Coast Guard ship is maneuvering to avoid it.

01:31 Eight Chinese ships are blocking our passage until the Coast Guard ship is able to enter the Black Cane of China heading to Bajo de Masinloc.

02:24 This is one of the rare occasions that the Philippine Coast Guard ships are using water cannons.

02:29 And now, the Chinese Coast Guard ships are using water cannons here in Bajo de Masinloc.

02:32 As far as I know, this is the first time that a Philippine Coast Guard ship is able to get this close to Bajo de Masinloc.

02:42 At first, the Chinese Coast Guard ship 3105 was only allowed to launch a warning shot.

02:49 The water cannon of CCG 5303 was also launched.

02:53 Later on, our ship was hit.

02:58 Because I was still flying my drone, I was not able to get inside the ship to take a shot.

05:09 We are fine, JC Navarro. We are still here in the middle of the ocean.

05:14 Between Baho de Macinloc and Zambales, we are approximately 80 kilometers away from Baho de Macinloc.

05:20 And now, we are doing a resupply mission with our former boat here with the Philippine fishermen.

05:28 Their mission is to resupply Baho de Macinloc, but after the aggressive action of the Chinese Coast Guard,

05:35 the Philippine Coast Guard should have left the area first so that we can ease the tension we experienced yesterday after the water cannon was bombed.

05:45 They are continuing their refueling operation.
