00:00Remembering to us, if we talk about Madani, we need to talk about Ehsan.
00:06We need to talk about the humanity of Karamah Insaniah.
00:11Because we are sure that this human being is the same as a laundry man.
00:18Or a crane.
00:21Or a cook.
00:25It is equally important from the point of view of economic growth.
00:35Imagine, in the room of a big hospital in Kuala Lumpur,
00:42there is an expert, there is relaxation.
00:46But the laundry man is a crane.
00:49There can't be another solution.
00:53That's why we always need to think.
00:57When I give a bonus, or an allowance,
01:01I don't leave any group, including the laundry man in the lower ranks.
01:13So, the workers of the Subah Bangsa, Stephen Seam,
01:16a good motto,
01:19because it reminds all parties,
01:22workers of the government, public officials, and private workers.
01:28And I thank you,
01:31because the government of Sabah and Sarawak has now agreed
01:35to make a move to the Sabah and Sarawak Laundry Ordinance
01:41to be in accordance with Acta Kerja 955
01:47which is only used in Sabah and Sarawak.
01:51So, from the point of view of workers' interest,
01:55Sabah and Sarawak Laundry Ordinance is in the same line.
02:01This includes maternity leave from 60 days to 98 days,
02:07paternity leave for 7 days,
02:10discrimination complaint,
02:12flexible working arrangement,
02:14protection from sexual harassment,
02:16and complaint about the complaint.
