00:00 So today I am here at Hairs & Gracers to get my hair cut for the Little Princess Trust.
00:07 Awesome. And I understand you've never had your hair cut before, have you? Is that true?
00:12 Yep.
00:13 Are you feeling a little bit... how are you feeling today then? Is it nerve-wracking? Are you nervous? Or are you excited?
00:18 Well, I am a teensy little bit nervous but I'm super excited.
00:21 Awesome. And tell me a little bit about the Little Princess Trust then. So, obviously getting your hair cut for them.
00:27 What do they do? Why is this important?
00:30 So, they make wigs for people who have lost their hair for cancer treatment. And... yeah.
00:37 Awesome. And why is that important to you? Why is the Little Princess Trust important to you?
00:43 Because my mum had cancer. She didn't have to have a wig or anything. But... yeah. She had cancer.
00:51 And so, we're having a little bit of a hair cut off today. But, obviously you've been fundraising money before this, haven't you?
00:58 And I believe today you hit your targets. And we were discussing it a little bit when you first arised.
01:03 How much have you raised in total then so far?
01:06 About £2,100 and £500. £2,100 and something.
01:13 Awesome. And how does that feel?
01:15 Quite good.
01:16 Yeah? Are you proud of yourself?
01:17 Yeah.
01:18 Awesome. And tell me a little bit then about what you're hoping... how your hair is... you're hoping your hair is going to look when you walk out of here today, obviously.
01:25 Got nice and long at the moment. What are you hoping that Grace is going to do for you?
01:29 A bit shorter and have it nice and curly.
01:33 Three, two, one, cut.
01:37 That's the first one.
01:44 That's the second one.
01:46 Feels dark.
01:55 Feels dark, yeah. Yeah, that one.
01:58 Now that you've had your hair cut, how are you feeling?
02:10 Very good.
02:11 Yeah? How do you like the new style? Is it a big fan?
02:14 I love it.
02:16 Awesome. And Mum, obviously, Heidi's kind of motivation behind doing The Little Princess just was, obviously, surrounding your own treatment. How proud are you of Heidi?
02:29 Amazed. Totally amazed at everything she's done, wanting to do it in the first place, all of them praising and just, yeah, her attitude towards everything is just inspiring.
02:40 Because we've raised a lot.
02:42 We've raised a lot, yeah, enough to make three wigs, haven't we?
02:44 Yes.
02:45 And, yeah, it's just amazing. It was very emotional, but I'm going to watch it get cut because her hair's been such a big thing with it being so long and never having it cut, so it's a big thing to have done. And, yeah, she's amazing.
