00:00Nothing gets guests more jazzed about baked potatoes than when you have a ton of toppings
00:16to choose from.
00:17But before we get to the loaded baked potato bar, I want to start with the baked potato.
00:22So I bake mine in foil for about 45 minutes until they are fork tender.
00:27And then when I take off the foil, I'm going to put them back in the oven with a sprinkling
00:32of sea salt.
00:34So they're a little wet, which means that that sea salt is going to stick to it, make
00:39just the perfect coating.
00:40All right, back in.
00:43So you slice it down in the middle.
00:47And you're just going to squeeze it together, kind of like that.
00:53Now let me show you some of my favorite combinations.
00:56I have a cheddar, a couple slices of bacon on top, and a fried egg.
01:04Yes!
01:05How about some pesto grilled chicken, some cherry tomatoes, and some chives.
01:14How about some sautéed mushrooms, asiago, parmesan, romano, a little sprig of thyme
01:24on top, and dewy sausage, spicy pickled vegetables, some carrots, some cauliflower, some jalapeno
01:35peppers, and an onion.
01:38I mean, really, the toppings are endless.
01:41You can do so many things.
01:43But really, the whole key here, have some creativity and have some fun.
