00:00In the history of Pakistan, there is an argument that there has always been rigging in Pakistan.
00:11There have always been such elections in Pakistan.
00:15There is always some or the other objection.
00:18But the elections that took place this time, if we can call them elections,
00:24it was basically a very long program that started when Pakistan Tariq Insaaf resigned from the National Assembly and went abroad.
00:38So the first laws that were repealed, one of them was the electronic voting machine
00:44and the other was to give overseas the right to vote.
00:50This was basically an introduction of that intention in which no one wanted,
00:56especially the opposition parties, which included, first and foremost, Pakistan Muslim League Noon, Pakistan People's Party,
01:03and other parties, MQM, and other parties that do not suit free and fair elections.
01:10But that is why there are institutions.
01:12And the institution whose job it is to conduct a free and fair election is the Election Commission of Pakistan.
01:21They have no other job.
01:23Their only job is to conduct the elections that take place every five years or during that time.
01:29Instead of that, the first law that was repealed was when Pakistan Tariq Insaaf
01:39broke his government in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in accordance with the constitution.
01:44And after that, there were 90 days of elections.
01:48That was violated.
01:50After that, when the puppet government that was sitting at that time, PDM-1,
01:59after that, the tenure of the caretaker, after that, there were 90 days of elections.
02:06But those 90 days were withdrawn.
02:09And you saw what became of the country's economy and the country's political institutions.
02:16How much destruction the country suffered.
02:19And during this time, only one thing happened, that the leadership of Pakistan Tariq Insaaf,
02:24Pakistan Tariq Insaaf's leadership, the workers of Pakistan Tariq Insaaf,
02:27were sidelined, threatened, and threatened by violence, beatings, and torture.
02:40Then a bigger joke than that was that when the elections were announced,
02:44the way the documents were withdrawn from our candidates,
02:50free access was not given so that people could stand up for the elections.
02:55That also happened.
02:56Then the electoral mark that was snatched from Pakistan Tariq Insaaf,
03:00there can be no greater injustice than this in any political history.
03:04In which you made the party elections controversial,
03:09and we have held elections three times.
03:12We have held three elections since that time.
03:15Exactly.
03:16And despite that, our electoral mark was snatched from us.
03:20But salute to the people of Pakistan, the people who have democratic thinking,
03:25who despite all these difficult, confusing symbols,
03:31in which there was a stick, they pulled their ears and defeated them.
03:39And similarly, if there was someone's shoe,
03:42they kicked their opponent so hard that he also won.
03:46This means that the symbols did not harm us in any way.
03:50And this credit goes to Pakistan Tariq, the people of Pakistan,
03:54and that Imran Khan,
03:56in whose support the people of Pakistan stood up
04:01and voted for Pakistan Tariq Insaaf in the name of Imran Khan for more than 3 crores.
04:09After that, whatever happened, look at the election results,
04:14that it should have been done in 14 days, and how it was changed,
04:18and a month, and I think the process is still going on.
04:21Look, if the people of Pakistan, when they understand that there is no respect for their vote,
04:29their vote has no value, their vote cannot be counted,
04:34or the vote that I have received, if it is given to them,
04:39then the people have fulfilled their right.
04:44But with this thought, it is very dangerous that the young people of Pakistan,
04:50who are the majority of this country,
04:52when they see that they have been disenfranchised,
04:56then they do not let anyone vote.
04:58But more cruel than that is that you give the vote to someone else.
05:02And the whole purpose of an election,
05:07what is the purpose?
05:09That in Pakistan or any country,
05:11to establish a political and democratic government,
05:15the will of the people,
05:17keeping their preference in mind,
05:20whoever the people give it to,
05:22whichever party they make the government,
05:24then it will have a moral standing.
05:31But not like the present government,
05:33which has been disenfranchised because of Form 47.
05:37Their mandate is hollow.
05:39They do not have the courage or the moral cause to govern.
05:48And because of this,
05:50and there is nothing hidden in the world today,
05:53everything is in front of us.
05:55The whole world, the local people, the Fafan, the Bildat,
05:58all the other institutions have written that these were not elections,
06:01this was something else.
06:03So that is why we tried,
06:05it took a little more time,
06:09because it was very difficult for us to collect the facts,
06:13but finally we did it.
06:15And there is still room for us to add more to this,
06:20because there is information coming from our tribunals.
06:24But we have come to the maximum.
06:29And our aim was to be able to share with the people of Pakistan,
06:34through you,
06:36that these were the actual facts and figures.
06:40This is what happened.
06:42Because usually it is said that there were verbal talks,
06:44but no solid facts and figures came.
06:46So I think that if the economy of Pakistan has to stabilize,
06:51if there is a feeling of anxiety and disbelief in Pakistan,
06:56if foreign investment has to happen,
06:58if the economy has to improve,
07:00then we are not talking about a re-election,
07:04we are saying that the results of Form 45 should be given to us,
07:10and the real representatives should be able to sit in Parliament,
07:13and neither those who are sitting there verbally,
07:16they know that they have lost the election badly,
07:18but they are still sitting.
07:20So this was our attempt.
07:22Thank you very much.
