Here in the UK's second city many shakers and movers from across the world travel to do business. Like the rest of us they need to get from A to B, but often choose more glamorous means than buying a daysaver, and providing this service happens to be fairly lucrative.

00:00 I am originally from Tunisia. I moved into the UK about 17 years ago. I've set
00:08 up this business since six, seven years ago. We provide luxury transportation as
00:14 well as executive travel and airport transfers. We are, like you say, the
00:21 business class. From humble beginnings this business has thrived as demand
00:25 increases for chauffeur services with many high-profile people opting for it
00:30 as a form of transportation. We had the honour to drive various footballers
00:36 from Aston Villa and Birmingham City Football Club. We had also the
00:42 pleasure to drive the owner which is one of our loyal clients. We drove a lot of
00:48 people from various backgrounds, especially investors that they come into
00:53 the Midlands to look at sites and investments and go around. The
00:58 Commonwealth Games drew much attention to Birmingham providing the catalyst for
01:02 a lot of economic activity. Many wealthy investors now see the region as an
01:07 attractive option for doing business. It's quite good that you mentioned the
01:13 Commonwealth Games because during the Commonwealth Games we had the pleasure
01:18 to transport and be the official transporter for the International
01:22 Cricket Council and for their yearly conference which they have done during
01:26 the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. So the need of the luxury
01:32 transportation is really growing. You need to be offering the exact
01:42 service that this clientele want. This kind of business is mostly popular in
01:49 London but we have managed to create it in the Midlands and survive as
01:55 well as grow in the meantime.
