FITNESS influencer and OnlyFans model, Tracy Kiss, receives judgment at every turn for her love of plastic surgery. What some call an obsession, Tracy says is a necessity, and the mum of two has spent in excess of £70K on an endless list of operations. Although she loves being a mum, Tracy hates what it has done to her body. Since giving birth she has subsequently had a designer vagina worth £5K, regular stomach tightening sessions to get rid of stretch marks, and a third boob job. Despite the criticism she faces, there’s no-one Tracy will listen to, not even her own children Millie, 13, and Gabriele, 8, who tell her she’s beautiful as she is. Next up, Tracy wants to get eyelid surgery at a whopping £4k, and she’s not told anyone yet…

00:00 School mums think I will steal their husband, or that I'm a poor ***** staff.
00:04 I don't want to say that I'm an addict, but I've spent around £70,000 on plastic surgery.
00:08 Plastic is fantastic.
00:10 I've had two eye surgeries, a rhinoplasty, four breast augmentations, a *****plasty and diabetic implants.
00:18 So I'm going to tell my daughter that I'm going to have surgery again.
00:20 Millie's never wanted me to have anything done.
00:22 It's a bit worrying. Things could go wrong. I have to tell her.
00:26 Um, yeah, so I just wanted to let you know.
00:30 I think just being a mum in general, you need energy like the Terminator.
00:34 My daughter Millie is 13 years old and my son Gabriel is almost nine.
00:38 I'm a fitness influencer and a runner model. It's a lifestyle.
00:42 The work pays the bills and then some.
00:45 Love it.
00:46 I first had plastic surgery at the age of 18, which was just to correct asymmetry to my natural breasts.
00:52 It's really not a lot that I haven't had, to be honest, for surgery.
00:55 I've had two laser eye surgeries.
00:57 I've had a rhinoplasty. I've had four breast augmentations.
01:01 A labial plasty or designer vagina is most commonly known as.
01:05 And a BBL, which is buttock implants. I've had a few.
01:08 My next surgery that I'm about to book is plethroplasty, which is eyelid reduction.
01:14 That's the kind of area of the body that you want to be the most useful.
01:16 I don't want to say that I'm an addict, but I spent around £70,000 on plastic surgery.
01:21 You're a mother. Why are you in hot pants doing a workout online?
01:25 Put your body away. You're disgusting. You're ugly.
01:28 Like, you know, mothers shouldn't behave that way. How dare you?
01:31 Regardless of what people say, I will still do it because it's my choice.
01:35 So today we're looking for some outfits for live streaming and you're going to help me pick some out.
01:40 Yes. Yes.
01:41 Because you always know what looks nice.
01:43 And if I look fat, you'll tell me, won't you?
01:46 Yes.
01:47 Tell me every day.
01:49 I don't think I'm a stereotypical mum at all.
01:52 I think I'm more of a sibling to my children.
01:55 These are my jeans that I just found in my wardrobe.
01:57 How did they end up in there, Millie?
01:59 Maybe I put them in the wash and then you put them in your pile.
02:02 I have an outfit.
02:03 I like this.
02:05 If I were seeing Nanny.
02:07 Some of my children's school friends will say, "Look at your mum."
02:10 It's that kind of Stifler's mum from American Pie thing.
02:13 Is that like a happy middle ground?
02:15 Yeah.
02:16 I'm going to go change into these then. Is that cool?
02:18 All right, I'll be back.
02:19 If Millie wanted surgery, I would support her.
02:22 I would talk through her reasons why, make sure that she has done her research.
02:26 If that's what makes her truly happy, I would be there making sure she's okay.
02:30 Ta-da.
02:32 What do you think? Do you like it?
02:34 I like it, yeah.
02:35 I think it's cute, actually.
02:37 I definitely think I needed some skin.
02:40 Sometimes it's a bit worrying when she has so much surgery
02:47 because things could go wrong and it's not the nicest thing to think about.
02:53 You're okay. You're not in trouble.
02:55 Okay.
02:56 You're not in trouble.
02:57 Yeah, so I just wanted to just let you know, I am thinking of having another surgery.
03:03 Which one?
03:04 My eyelids.
03:06 How?
03:07 They take skin from the top of your eyes and they just trim it away.
03:13 What if they make a mistake and then you've got one eye temporarily open?
03:17 Are you okay with it? Is it freaking you out? Are you okay?
03:20 The thought of me having my eyes done.
03:22 It's okay.
03:23 You're okay? Yeah. That's good.
03:25 Well, I think she doesn't need the surgery.
03:27 She doesn't need eyelid surgery, but it's that she wants it.
03:31 So it would be good that she can have it because it would make her happy.
03:34 The children have asked me repeatedly to stop having surgery.
03:38 And each time that I've had something, I always think that will be the last.
03:42 Until I then see something else.
03:44 And then I'm like, one more?
03:46 It's like having a box of chocolates really.
03:48 You can't just take one and close the lid.
03:50 But actually, for me to be the best mother possible, I have to be the happiest me that I can be.
03:57 And in doing what makes me happy, I'm then happier towards the children.
04:02 I feel great. I live really positively.
04:05 And I don't hurt other people.
04:06 So I think everybody should live that way.
