Watch all-new episodes of Farmer Wants a Wife Thursdays 9/8c on FOX!
Four farmers from across the country embark on an adventure of a lifetime in the hopes of finding their future spouse. Women will leave behind the dating apps and pursuit of love in “the big city” in favor of classic American courtship. The farmers will take their group of daters to their farm and show them what it is really like to live as ranchers do—from tending to the homestead to feeding cattle and baling hay. For the daters, the realities of this lifestyle may beg the question: how much of your life are you willing to change for love?

00:00Where are you at with this right now?
00:02Where are you invested in this?
00:05I do really enjoy Megan.
00:07I love her personality.
00:08I love who she is as a person.
00:12But to be in love is something that takes time.
00:17So tell me about your family.
00:19You have Lennon?
00:21She's 12.
00:23He's a big part of me.
00:24And if I could raise her in a way that you've done with your daughter,
00:29it'd be a blessing.
00:30It'd be something that I'd be proud of.
00:32That's good to hear.
00:33Yes, ma'am.
00:34So what if this works out with Megan?
00:37What about kids?
00:41That is the one thing through all of this.
00:45Ambassador, she's put it out there in a way of like,
00:48I don't necessarily know if I need kids, but maybe I do.
00:51It's a gray area.
00:53And for me, like right now, I just don't know if I'm there to have kids.
00:57Lennon's 12.
00:58Six years, she'll be out of school.
01:01If I had one right now, I'd be 60 when all that happened again.
01:05It's not an easy answer.
01:06No, it's not.
01:07For me to give or to know.
01:09No, 100%.
01:11Yes, I could absolutely see Megan living on Farmer's High.
01:14She's a small town girl.
01:16But she's never been married,
01:18and I know she would love to start her own family.
01:22The gray area with kids, does that concern you?
01:26Honestly, yes.
01:29So what do you guys think about Ty?
01:30I like him so far.
01:31I love the way he looks at you and smiles at you, cares about you.
01:35How do you feel about the whole dynamic with the daughter?
01:37Lennon's great.
01:38The relationship that he has with his daughter is really beautiful.
01:42Like she absolutely adores her dad.
01:45It would be like a bonus mom position, not a stepmom or anything.
01:49Because she has her mom.
01:50I'd say with it, you kind of adopt that mother role.
01:52Exactly.
01:53My concern, after all, is always the safety of my sister and her heart.
01:56We've seen her hurt before, seen her cry,
01:59and obviously as brothers, we don't like that.
02:05If you don't mind, I'm going to excuse myself and let you all chat.
02:08Sure.
02:10What did you guys talk about?
02:11I asked him about kids.
02:12Okay.
02:13It concerns me with you being so young and not having your own,
02:18and he is well aware of that.
02:20No, he's mentioned that to me as well.
02:22Yes.
02:23And he honestly said that it was a gray area.
02:25Because he's getting to that moment to where she's going to be
02:30at that next chapter where I'm at.
02:32So I understand where he's at, and I appreciate his honesty.
02:36But that does concern me.
02:38My mom was concerned about the whole kid situation,
02:41and that's just how it's always been from the beginning with Ty.
02:43I think my thing is it's a conversation definitely, but not a deal breaker.
02:49I think he's a nice guy.
02:51He has true intentions, and that's what my biggest concern was.
02:55Ultimately, we're here for you.
02:58You have her support at least.
02:59Yeah.
03:00But the future's never written.
03:01Cameron.
03:02Hello.
03:03Hey.
03:04So how was it living with five women in this process?
03:06Well, I'm a smart man.
03:07I had a house next door.
03:09Get out while you can.
03:11I made sure I had my own space.
03:13You survived, though.
03:15I know my mom is very protective of me.
03:17She wants me to be happy.
03:18She wants me to have kids.
03:20So I'm looking forward to talking with Ty to find out more.
