00:00Here I speak to the wife of Jose Antonio Ponce López.
00:05Today, seven days ago, he was in Villamarista.
00:11Today I was able to see him.
00:13They gave me a ten-minute visit.
00:15Imagine, ten minutes that I couldn't talk to him about why he was there,
00:26why he was being accused, why he was being investigated,
00:30nothing.
00:31An officer was always there all the time,
00:35aware of what we were talking about,
00:38and it seems that they told him that he couldn't tell me anything,
00:46because if he didn't, they were going to take away the ten minutes that he could be with his family.
00:52And that's a violation, because he's a human being.
01:01He has to be told why he's being accused,
01:03why he's being arrested, why he's in prison,
01:05why his family doesn't tell him, because he's there.
01:09It's a violation that, once again, is being committed in this country.
01:12So I'm weaker.
01:16Imagine the food, the regime, here.
01:21And so I'm responsible for the security of the state,
01:28for this dictatorship that exists in this country,
01:31for what can happen to him, because it's an injustice that we're committing to him,
01:36because only he, the only thing he has done is fight for his rights,
01:45fight for this country to be free.
01:48He's not a murderer, he's not a terrorist, he's nothing like that.
01:53He's just peacefully fighting for the freedom of our country
02:00and for the freedom of political prisoners.
02:03Here I tell my followers, those who are aware of what is happening with José Antonio Rompalot,
02:13that I follow his freedom.
