00:00 Congressman Ro Khanna said that the President should and will be out visiting these campus
00:08 amid the protests.
00:12 Is there any plan for him to get out there and talk to students right now?
00:15 No.
00:16 Okay.
00:17 And then, separately, GW's President has called for Metro Police in D.C. to intervene to dismantle
00:25 what they've deemed an illegal encampment.
00:28 And D.C. police have so far refused to respond to that call.
00:34 It's happening in the President's backyard.
00:36 Is there any reaction from the White House on what should happen?
00:39 So that is something that I'm going to leave to the local law enforcement and the universities.
00:43 That's for them to figure out, for them to work it through.
00:46 They know what is happening on the ground, and we've always been very clear about that,
00:50 and we'll continue to be clear about that.
00:51 We're going to continue to call for peaceful protest.
00:56 And dissent cannot lead to disorder, and so we're going to continue to be very, very clear,
01:02 as the President has been, as I have been, and so many of us here in this administration
01:06 has been.
01:07 Any idea why D.C. police would not respond to this call?
01:10 I would refer you to the D.C. police.
01:12 That's something for them to speak to.
01:14 To the back.
01:16 Okay.
01:17 And then, lastly, on these reported plans for the U.S. to bring over Palestinian refugees
01:21 potentially, is there anything you can tell us about where we are in the works with that?
01:26 And I know it would have to -- it would depend on coordination with Egypt, which so far has
01:31 been resistant to cooperate on this.
01:34 What can you tell us about those plans?
01:35 I don't have anything further to announce.
01:37 I know I was asked this question a couple times last week.
01:39 Just don't have anything else to share.
