00:00I'm always reminding people that you're in Three Men and a Little Lady.
00:02Yes.
00:03You know when you're going, I love that person from this, I'm going, Three Men and a Little Lady, go back.
00:06That's a hidden gem of a film.
00:08It is.
00:09I still hold my cups of tea like Tom Selleck.
00:10A lot of people see it. I think it still plays on TV, doesn't it?
00:14It's still going, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
00:15Yeah, it's still going to follow.
00:16In more recent years, your hit rate has been only quality.
00:20We've had Andor and Fleabag and of course Killing Eve.
00:24So teaming up with someone like John Krasinski, who's one of those really high-flying creatives right now,
00:30where everything he touches turns to gold, that must be a no-brainer for an actor.
00:33Well, it's a no-brainer. He's a delightful man.
00:35He's a lovely person to be with and I'd say working with him, it's not really work, it's pleasure.
00:41So we had a great time on this film.
00:42It's a great pleasure to be with him.
00:44And lovely to be in New York and going over the bridge in the morning to work
00:47and then seeing John's smiling face, you know, it wasn't hard.
00:51A lot of the stuff we've seen you in in recent years has had a lot of heart,
00:54but there's been a real bite to it as well, a real sort of adult bite to it.
00:57To come back and do something exclusively for children and kind of warm in that way,
01:03is that kind of almost like a palate cleanser for an actor?
01:06It's very nice. I mean, you know that nobody's going to get really hurt in this film
01:11and that's a nice feeling when you're making it because very often, you know,
01:14something like, I don't know, Night Country or something where the stakes are really high,
01:20but this is a gentle film.
01:22The concept of it reminded me of one of my childhood favourite films of Drop Dead Fred
01:26with the dearly departed Rick Mayle and Phoebe Cage back in 90.
01:30But I think this one is a lot warmer, I think, in a way.
01:34What's the kind of a takeaway, would you say, for audiences of a film like this?
01:38Children are always empowered against adults if they use their imagination.
