00:00 We had a huge matchup yesterday up in the Bronx between the
00:06 Yankees and the Astros. And once again, the Yanks continue
00:10 to have Houston's number six games between these two teams
00:14 now so far in this MLB campaign six victories for the
00:18 Pinskripes nine to four the win for New York yesterday over
00:22 Houston. The Scrolls dropped to 12 games below 500 now 12
00:27 in 24, but for the Yankees a picture-perfect day Aaron
00:32 Judge Giancarlo Stanton Juan Soto all hit a home run. In
00:37 fact, Juan Soto had a five RBI performance as the Yanks win
00:42 nine to four. They were booked as a minus 162 home money line
00:46 favorite a total of nine and a half does sky over.
00:49 It just felt like a paint-by-numbers game all the way
00:52 through for the Yankees. If you're entering in this game
00:54 and handicapping it, Arrogate is not a great pitcher. You
00:56 see now to ERA of 8.44, but his analytical numbers are a
01:00 little bit better than what is ERA actually showed. So
01:02 like, all right, so it was probably decent play yesterday.
01:04 He goes nuts, but typically you'd be looking at the big
01:06 boppers like Stanton and Judge both of those guys came
01:09 through so I can imagine if you're the casual handicap
01:11 and saying, you know what they had pitcher against a hot
01:13 team with a plate. Let me go that direction. You made a
01:15 lot of money on the New York Knicks yesterday and go
01:17 excuse me, the New York Yankees, maybe the Knicks as
01:19 well. If you can clear that next day, you know, Marley.
01:21 Yeah, exactly. But the Yankees I like what I'm seeing out
01:24 of them here and I can't stand what I'm seeing out of
01:27 the Houston Astros because we keep on having this moniker.
01:30 It's going to get, you know, it's getting late early
01:33 at that point is you take a look at old Yogi Berra clip.
01:35 But if we're looking at them directly, where do they pull
01:38 this out? Then it's not as if you can just say, okay,
01:40 we'll hit our way out of this because your pitchers
01:42 are performing at all. Like if you're giving up routinely
01:44 five, six, seven, eight runs, it feels like on a night
01:46 to night basis. It doesn't matter how good your lineup
01:48 is. You're not going to win that much. So 12 and 24
01:52 on the season. I'm sure the Yankees are enjoying
01:54 pounding the Astros on a day-to-day basis right now.
