00:00So we're just here at Thai Mere in Ellesmere with Sue Shart and this is your project, your baby?
00:07Yeah, that's right.
00:08A brand new restaurant to the town. Have you had a restaurant here before or is this a new project for you?
00:13New project, yeah.
00:14Yeah, yeah.
00:15So what can people expect then if people come here? What are they going to get?
00:20They'll get Thai food and drink and dessert.
00:25It's a rather special old building, isn't it?
00:28That's right, yeah.
00:29A lot of old original features.
00:31That's right.
00:32And what was your thinking behind kind of the interior?
00:35What kind of look were you going for when you thought, right, this is what we're going to do?
00:39I would try to do better in how to make the customer and people happy.
00:52Yeah, it's quite nice and fresh in here, isn't it?
00:55That's right.
00:57And for people, obviously, you know, some people, a lot of people have been down to the Chinese and Indian food.
01:05What's the difference between Chinese and Thai food? How would you describe the difference?
01:11Thai food is, I'm not sure because the Thai food is aroma more than Indian food or not because Indian food is aroma as well.
01:29Yeah.
01:30But Thai food, some of taste of ingredient is different from the Indian.
01:37Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:39Yeah.
01:40So we can have a look at the menu here.
01:42Yeah.
01:43And you've got quite an extensive menu, isn't there really?
01:48So are you up and running now then? Are you open for bookings now?
01:52Yeah, that's right. We're already open for bookings now, yeah.
01:57Great stuff. So the word is get yourself down to Thai Mere for a nice fruit in a beautiful setting.
02:03Looks lovely.
02:04Thank you, sir.
02:05You're welcome.
