02:29 and the Startup Investments, Business Opportunities and Livelihood or SIBL program.
02:34 First and foremost, I would like to thank our very dear President, President Ferdinand R. Marquez, Jr.
02:39 for bringing the services in Zamboanga City.
02:42 He is the instrument here, not only for the first time, but for the second time.
02:47 First, he brought rice, and now, Cash Assistance.
