00:00 Do you sometimes feel down and low and can't concentrate?
00:05 You know what?
00:08 Dancing is always great to get out of this mood and therefore have a great exercise inspired
00:13 by a Bavarian traditional dance which is called the Schuhplattler.
00:19 Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart.
00:23 Now lift one foot into the middle and then tap with the opposite hand the heel of your
00:30 foot.
00:31 Now swing back and you touch the foot with the same hand behind you.
00:38 Tap, tap, tap.
00:42 At level two you simply increase the speed which is of course more challenging for the
00:50 balance and it needs a bit more concentration.
00:53 And how fast can you go?
00:55 There's a third level to achieve.
00:57 Simply add a lunge.
00:59 Back, up, touch, touch.
01:06 And of course don't forget to switch your leg.
01:10 And do this for roughly a minute.
01:14 Of course each side.
