00:00 Based on our latest satellite image, we can see some clouds affecting some parts of our country.
00:08 But if we look at the satellite image, the clouds affecting the central zone, southern zone, and western sections of Mindanao are getting thinner.
00:18 This means that the rain will not last long in the mentioned areas.
00:24 Meanwhile, we can also see that the frontal system is affecting the extreme northern zone area.
00:30 This could bring heavy rains to Batanes and Cagayan, particularly the northeastern portion of Cagayan area.
00:38 The eastern region is still the area that is continuously affected by the rain.
00:44 We can expect that the heat will continue to affect the majority of our region and the chances of isolated thunderstorms will be high, especially in the afternoon and evening.
00:56 As of now, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons inside and outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:03 We can expect that the heat and the rainy season will continue to affect the majority of our country.
01:11 We are still waiting for the weather to be good here in the Luzon.
01:15 As we mentioned earlier, a frontal system could affect the extreme northern Luzon area.
01:21 In Batanes and the northeastern portion of Cagayan, we can expect heavy rains, thunderstorms, and lightning.
01:29 Meanwhile, generally fair weather conditions will continue to have chances of isolated rain, usually in the afternoon and evening due to localized thunderstorms.
01:39 We can also expect that the maximum temperatures will continue to rise, especially here in Tuguegarao, where it is possible to reach 36 degrees Celsius.
01:49 The maximum temperature for Lauag will be 26 to 34 degrees Celsius, 18 to 24 for Baguio, 25 to 35 for Metro Manila, 24 to 32 for Tagaytay, and maximum temperatures for Ligaspi will be possible to reach 34 degrees Celsius.
02:07 We are also expecting that the weather will be good in the other parts of our country.
02:12 The chances of localized thunderstorms and isolated thunderstorms in Palawan and Mindanao area are high.
02:19 But we can expect that the hot weather will continue, especially in the afternoon.
02:25 For the temperature forecast for Kalayaan Islands, the maximum temperatures will reach 33 degrees Celsius, as well as for Iloilo, Cebu, Tacloban, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga.
02:39 Meanwhile, we are expecting 34 degrees Celsius maximum temperatures for Puerto Princesa and Metro Davao.
02:46 That is why our countrymen are still being careful because we are still likely to experience hot weather in large parts of our country.
02:57 For the sea, we do not have a gale warning for now.
03:02 We are just being careful with the plans to expand to the extreme northern Luzon because we are expecting the temperature to rise until the sea level rises.
03:09 As we mentioned earlier, we are not being monitored by low pressure areas or storms in and outside our Philippine area of responsibility.
03:19 We expect that the generally fair weather conditions will continue with the chances of localized thunderstorms,
03:25 mostly in the afternoon and night in neighboring cities here in Luzon until Friday.
03:31 For the temperature forecast for Metro Manila, the maximum temperatures will reach 25 to 35 degrees Celsius, 17 to 25 for Baguio City, and 26 to 34 degrees Celsius for Legazpi City.
03:44 We are also expecting that the weather conditions will be better for neighboring cities here in Visayas.
03:49 We are also not expecting rain until Friday.
03:54 For Metro Cebu, the temperature forecast will range from 27 to 34 degrees Celsius, 28 to 34 degrees Celsius for Iloilo, and 26 to 33 degrees Celsius for Tacloban.
04:08 For neighboring cities, we are expecting that the chances of isolated rain will be higher in Mindanao.
04:16 Otherwise, we will still experience hot and rainy weather until Friday.
04:23 For Metro Davao, the temperatures will range from 25 to 34 degrees Celsius, 26 to 33 degrees Celsius for Cagayan de Oro, and 25 to 35 degrees Celsius for Zamboanga.
04:35 This morning, the sun will rise at 5.29 a.m. and set at 6.16 p.m.
