00:00 The Supreme Court today unanimously decided that the three single mothers, Loh Siu Hong, will remain as non-Muslims.

00:10 Today, three panel judges, led by the head of state judges, Tuan Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat,

00:16 rejected the meeting of the Islamic Religious Council and the Malaysian Islamic Religious Council,

00:21 and three other parties who want a decision for the first case in Semak Semula,

00:26 decided that the conversion of children into religion by one party is not in accordance with the institution.

00:33 The decision was rejected by the Justice Delegation to challenge the decision by the Supreme Court,

00:39 which is on Loh's side on January 10 this year.

00:43 Previously, three Loh's children were converted by their father unilaterally

00:49 after the man converted to Islam in 2020.

00:53 Loh brought the matter to court, asking it to declare that the decision in the state enactment

00:58 that allows mothers or fathers to convert their children into religion by one party is not in accordance with the institution.
